Meet Sarah Sabano

Sarah lived with her uncle, who provided her food and shelter but unfortunately couldn’t afford to send her to school.

She received a scholarship from Global Village Connect that has supported her through primary school and she is now a senior one student (9th grade) at Kisiki College.

My scholarship gave me a chance to go to school and concentrate on my studies. Because I stay in the boarding school, I have light to read by at night and three meals to eat every day. I am working hard to ensure that excel and become a nurse."
